Godrej &Boyce, the owner-developer, and Godrej Properties, the development manager, haveannounced that the two companies will continue their Memorandums ofUnderstanding executed from time to time for development of land in Vikhroliowned by Godrej & Boyce, as and when Godrej & Boyce is desirous ofdeveloping the said land.

GodrejConstruction, a business of Godrej & Boyce, designed and built four phasesof Godrej Platinum, an IGBC Platinum rated residential development project witha total constructed area of 1.0 million square feet, which has been marketed byGodrej Properties and, in March 2024, a new project named Godrej Vistas wassuccessfully launched under this arrangement.
