COVIE, anew age co-living start-up, has launched three new properties – two inBengaluru and one in Pune – with about 500 beds. The average investment rangesfrom `1.00-lakhto `1.5-lakhper bed. COVIE Yelahanka and COVIE Bannerghatta are in Bengaluru, and COVIEViman Nagar is in Pune.
COVIEproperties offer accommodations in different configurations like single andtwin sharing rooms, studios and few 1- and 2-BHK units to suit variousrequirements. COVIE offers the convenience and comfort of a home-like stay.
Ascompared to rental options, COVIE users get the advantage of easy sign-up, ashort lock-in period, and a minimal deposit. The price varies from `12,000 to `35,000 per bed, depending on thesingle to twin sharing rooms.
Theproperties are furnished with premium quality modern style furniture. Residentscan enjoy in-house amenities like Gym and Yoga Rooms, Cafeteria, Pantry,Laundry, Lounge and Reading Rooms as additional social spaces to unwindthemselves.
Theproperties are also provided with high-speed Wi-fi and along with workstationand meeting rooms to cater to Work from Home requirement. The Yelahankalocation is designated as a student living for men only, while the Bannerghattaand Viman Nagar locations are co-living spaces designed for men, women andcouples.
Thecompany plans to launch new properties in the coming few months in cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR, andDehradun, targeting acapacity of 10,000 beds.
