GarudaAerospace has successfully raised INR 100-crores in its Series B funding roundfrom Venture Catalysts (VCAT), at a valuation of $250-million. The fresh fundswill significantly enhance the company’s capabilities in producing dronesystems. The funds will also be allocated in scaling up its current productionfacility and fast-tracking the completion of a cutting-edge R&D and testingcentre dedicated to advanced defence drone design.

Currentlyholding a robust portfolio of over 20+ patents, Garuda Aerospace hasdemonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and technological excellence inthe fast-evolving drone sector. A dedicated portion of the newly secured fundswill support the expansion of its intellectual property portfolio, furthersolidifying its position as a trailblazer in drone innovation and utilizing thefunds towards producing a new design facility as well.
