Waaree Energies Limited (Waaree Energies), India’slargest manufacturer of solar PV modules with the largest aggregate installedcapacity of 12GW (as of June 30, 2023 (Source: CRISIL Report)), has announcedthe reception of a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Gujarat Industries Power CompanyLimited (GIPCL) for a 400MW module supply deal. The contract entails thecomprehensive supply of solar PV modules incorporating advanced bifacial technologyfor the 2,375MW RE Park near Vill. Khavda, Great Rann of Kutch, Gujarat.

Waaree Energies will undertake themanufacturing, testing, packing, and transportation of these solar PV modules, whileadhering to the prescribed quality standards and an aim to execute the projectin a timely manner. Each module, featuring ALMM category specifications and acapacity ranging from 540 Wp to 570 Wp, is expected to ensure optimalperformance, durability, and efficiency.
