During bauma 2025 in Munich, Italian lifting and transport companyAutotrasporti Porro confirmed its confidence in Tadano and for two new all-terraincranes: the powerful AC 7.450-1 and the versatile AC 4.080-1. With this move,the Erba-based company is further expanding its lifting capabilities to serve abroad range of applications – from heavy industry to infrastructure projects.
Marco Cesari, DiegoCesari, and Luca Fumagalli, co-owners of Autotrasporti Porro, are clear aboutwhat led to the decision: “We were looking for two cranes that would complementeach other perfectly – one for heavy lifting and long reach, and one for jobswhere space and mobility matter most. The AC 7.450-1 and AC 4.080-1 give usexactly that combination. The seven-axle AC7.450-1 offers the reach and lifting performance of an eight-axle crane, whilemaintaining the compact footprint of a six-axle. Its 80-meter main boom,outstanding accessibility, and strong lifting charts with or without theSideways Superlift system make it a benchmark in its class.
The AC 4.080-1 isdesigned for maximum versatility in a compact package. With best-in-classjobsite accessibility and the ability to carry up to 9.3 tonnes ofcounterweight while staying under a 12-tonne axle load limit, it’s ideal forprojects with challenging logistics – whether used as a main crane or in asupporting role.
