Metso is introducing three next-generation conecrushers – HP600e, HP800e, and HP900e – to its Nordberg® HPe series™. The unitsmaintain the trusted HPe features while extending the series to larger crushingcapacities for both, aggregates production and high-demand mining applications.

HP600e and HP900e are an evolution to the existingrange, built and based on class-leading proven technology. HP800e is a newaddition to the series with a crushing size option of 600 kw/800 hp.
All three units come with two modern automationplatform options: IC70C, and MCP. Metso’s modern automation systems providebetter visibility, monitoring and control of the crushing process, and enableconnection to remote monitoring and further digital services.

A new feed cone lifting tool, allowing for safermaintenance when changing wear parts.
Previous-generation crushers can be enhanced withthe latest e-features or upgraded with modernized components.
