Jaya hind Industries PrivateLimited has installed India’s largest 4,400-ton high-pressure die-castingmachine from Buhler-Switzerland at its Urse plant near Pune. The 4,400-tondie-casting machine is a game-changer in manufacturing, setting new benchmarksfor producing complex aluminium structural components.

This makes it possible to createparts that were once out of reach in the region. From structural componentslike cradles, shock towers, and housings to advanced aluminium parts forelectric vehicles and heavy-duty transmission and flywheel housings forcommercial vehicles, this machine pushes the boundaries of what’s achievable inmodern manufacturing.
