BEUMER Group invests INR 2.00-bn in new plant at MET City
BEUMER Group, aglobal manufacturer of material handling solutions, recently laid thefoundation stone for their state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at MET City atJhajjar, Haryana. The company plans to invest more than INR2.00-billion in thisstate-of-the-art new facility and provide employment opportunities for 750people.
Seniorrepresentatives from BEUMER Group and MET City took part in the groundbreakingand stone laying ceremony. BEUMER India envisages to complete the constructionof this new facility by 2025 and plans to commission this facility by September2025.
Beumer Indiaalready has modern manufacturing unit at Naurangpur in the state of Haryana.With burgeoning customer base and expanding business opportunities, BEUMERIndia felt the need for a new facility that can cater to growing businessdemand. For better co-ordination between the Naurangpur Facility and the new facility,likewise better management of logistics BEUMER India made the strategic choicein selecting MET City for their new facility.
