We have also introduced our globally renowned Material FeederMF2500CS, which ensures smooth material flow as well as lower segregation, resultingin excellent paving quality.
The MF2500CS features aspecial hopper with mixers as well as fast loading capacity, using a widerubber belt conveyor. The new high-capacity paving combination is designed toensure timely completion of projects.
One of the significantchallenges in asphalt construction is the occurrence of thermal and physicalsegregations during the transport of hot mixes over long distances or unevenroads. Dynapac MF2500CS IMIX Feeder addresses this challenge by eliminatingthese segregations, ensuring that the asphalt mix remains homogeneousthroughout its journey to the construction site.
Its 40-t combined materialcapacity, wide conveyor, and a large tunnel ensure bulk material transfer. Limitednumber of transfer points reduce the risk of asphalt aging, which has anegative impact on the material and lifetime of the road.

In view of the efficienteccentric as well as our close loop hydraulic system, we have been able to upgradeour CA245 CEV V soil rollers with a 74HP engine without the need for Adblue,which not only simplifies maintenance but also reduces the total cost ofownership, making it an attractive option for cost-conscious Indian contractors.
Dynapac offers a completerange of RHINO Soil rollers for 10t to 15t from its production plant in Indiabased on Dynapac Global design with efficient eccentric, with high and lowamplitude settings, allowing operators to adjust the compaction force accordingto the specific requirements of the project. RHINO soil rollers are availablein different engine emissions for the Global market and can meet both CE safetynorms and applicable emission criteria for all countries, making it a topseller. This flexibility enhances the machine's versatility, making it suitablefor a wide range of applications.
Our growing asphalt rollerrange includes both 3t as well as 7t and 9t asphalt rollers for repair work aswell as major road compaction projects. The units offer efficient compactionwith Dynapac compaction technology with high frequency as well as controls forbetter paving quality.
The ergonomic design of theoperator cabin, combined with intuitive controls, ensures maximum comfort andease of operation. Safety features, such as seat switch, neutral start-uparrangement, comfortable seating, and enhanced visibility contribute to asecure working environment.
We have also added digitaltools for supply chain tools for demand projection to our suppliers that areconnected to SAP for a dynamic forecast. We believe that the major parts ofcost reduction will be driven by improving efficiency and ensuring that weproduce more without increasing the input.
