Adani Cement, with a focus on sustainability,has unveiled ‘Geoclean’ which was erstwhile known as ‘Geocycle’. Geoclean aspiresto create a green economy that fosters business growth and sustainabledevelopment. It offers sustainable and innovative waste management solutions tothe industrial, public/municipal and agricultural sectors.

With an aim to conserve natural resources,Geoclean targets to achieve a Thermal Substitution Rate of 30 per cent in the year2027 for ACC and Ambuja Cements, up from the current average of 6.0 per cent.

Geoclean has set up 14 co-processing and six pre-processingfacilities across the country equipped with dedicated waste storage areas,feeding arrangement, and state-of-the-art laboratories. Facilities are beingfurther scaled up to meet the new targets.
