Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate launches new phase of Joyville Howrah
Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has announcedthe launch of a new phase at Joyville Howrah near Salap. The new phase willhave around 240 efficiently designed 2-BHK and 3-BHK apartments, ranging from621 sq.ft. to 831 sq.ft. The starting price of 2-BHK home is `35.9-lakh, and 3-BHK home is `48.2-lakhs.
In the first phase, the company had launchedover 500 apartments out of which it has already delivered around 300 apartmentsand planning to deliver rest of the apartments soon. The Phase-1 is almost soldout.
Joyville is a well-craftedUS$200-million housing platform by Shapoorji Pallonji, Actis, InternationalFinance Corporation (an arm of the World Bank), and Asian Development Bank, todevelop easy-to-own aspirational homes in India. So far, six projects have beenlaunched under the Joyville platform, of which three are in Pune and one eachin Mumbai, Howrah (near Kolkata) and Gurugram. JoyvilleHowrah is the first project of this platform.
