CASAGRAND clocks `1200-cr+ sales in last six months

Companyexpects next six months to be an outstanding journey in terms of launches,sales.


CASAGRAND, Tamil Nadu’s leading realestate company has clocked `1,200-cr+ sales in the last six months.Successfully bouncing back from the pandemic, the company went strategicallyaggressive with its consumer centric approach by launching seven top-notchprojects across Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore. All the projects launchedduring the year received an overwhelming response from the homebuyers, whicheventually led the company close the year 2020 on a positive note.

Projects that had been a majormilestone in this record breaking success include the launch of CASAGRANDFirstCity, a Roman Architecture-based community in Sholinganallur, that soldover 100+ units on the first day of launch, and CASAGRAND Athens, WestChennai’s first sports themed community, that clocked a `150-croresale in just three days from the date of launch. Projects like CASAGRANDBoulevard and CASAGRAND Cosmos, which were launched in Bengaluru and Coimbatorerespectively, also received very good responses from the homebuyers. In the pastsix months, CASAGRAND has sold 1800 units.

The company is extremely hopeful inclosing the financial year by 2500cr+ sales. In next few months, CASAGRAND isplanning to launch 15 innovative projects across Chennai, Bengaluru andCoimbatore.
