Liebherr willnow market its well-known LIKUFIX globally with the brand name Solidlink, retainingthe LIKUFIX brand name in German and French-speaking countries only. Thetime-tested quick coupling system delivers maximum efficiency and safety forcustomers for changing attachments. Solidlink – or, LIKUFIX – is suitable foruse both with Liebherr products and with machines from other manufacturers.
Liebherr's quickcoupling systems, which have been tried and tested for decades and areconstantly undergoing advanced development, deliver maximum efficiency, safetyand flexibility. Almost any hydraulic or mechanical attachment can be changedconveniently, quickly, and easily.
A majoradvantage of Liebherr quick coupling systems is their versatile,manufacturer-independent application and combination options with a wide rangeof different earthmoving machines and attachments.
The fullyautomatic Solidlink quick coupling system enables attachments to be changedeasily and conveniently from the driver's cab at the touch of a button. Itquickly and safely connects the machine to the attachment to form a powerfulunit.
Liebherr's quickcoupling system also guarantees maximum safety thanks to a whole host of features.Solidlink is hydro-mechanically mounted to deliver perfect balance in all axesand degrees of freedom. Because the attachment can be changed from the driver'scab, the possibility of personnel being in the danger zone during the changeprocess can be ruled out fully.
The proximitysensor also monitors the correct position of the attachment in the lockingposition. If the pins are extended during coupling without the attachment toolbeing connected to the quick coupler, the machine operator is alerted by awarning sound in the cab and a warning signal on the display.
Furthermore, thetwo-hand control process means that the machine cannot operate out of controlduring the coupling process and the safety risks this can create can thereforebe ruled out.
The highstrength of the system is due to a solid metal plate and recessed hydrauliccouplings that prevent damage during the coupling process. An optional bracketon the coupling block also protects the hydraulic lines.
