CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH Industrial, has announced a 60-day warranty extension on allconstruction equipment in light of the second wave of the COVID 19 pandemic inthe country. This extension is applicable on all such units whose warranty isexpiring between May 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021.
The extension ofwarranty is supported by an increase in Warranty Claim Submission time, LateRepair time, and Policy Claim Requests over a period from 30 days to 90 days. TheBrand’s Warranty Helpdesk isfully operational to support customers with their queries.
