‘Hanging Gardens’ in the plush western suburbs of Mumbai was the idea behind the design of the structure – Pavangiri. Standing tall, creating a vivid facade along with the greenery, creates a superb visual spec in the concrete jungle.
The conceptual strength of this contemporary design stems from floor plates protruding to become terraces, specifically designed green spaces, which all contribute in balancing the outside environment with the inside warmth. This, in turn, creates an alluring living experience giving a view in all directions.
The 50m tall structure, stretching 16 floors houses lavish 3-BHK apartments as well as duplexes. The protruding slabs and double height decks express the verticality of the structure, enabling a sense of openness and privacy.
The floor plates extend into various overhangs and terraces connecting the outside with the inside. These overhangs also help in providing shadows creating comfortable temperature.

Light, an imperative aspect of design, uplifts the whole look and feel. The horizontal fins wrapped around the building get illuminated with the lightning details. The granite body along with wooden cladding creates a rich looking structure.
The element of natural light was perfectly harnessed in the design through different mediums. Creative punctures, periodically placed, enhance the play of light and shadow, creating a fascinating visual, helping in the distinguished identity of this structure amidst its surroundings.
