Liugong India unveils Electric Wheel Loader at
BaumaConexpo India 2023

LiugongIndia, aleading manufacturer of construction and heavy machinery announced its forayinto the electric wheel loader at BaumaConexpo India, held inGreater Noida

Liugong has introduced battery-powered wheel loader 856HEMax– deliveringall the benefits of electric power and zero emissions without sacrificingperformance

The 5.8 Tonne payload capacity machine was unveiled by Shri NitinGadkari, union Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India

With this low-maintenance,battery-powered wheel loader, Liugong continues to bring leading innovations tothe construction equipment industry. Speaking on the launch Nischal Mehrotra,Vice President (Sales & Marketing) said. “Quiet and emissions free, 856HEMaxoffers more solutions for today’s diverse jobsites.”?
856HEMax Features state-of-the-art,lithium-ion battery technology, the Liugong battery-powered wheel loader offerequal to or greater performance than their diesel-powered equivalents. Thebattery systems deliver high-energy density, long service life and require noroutine maintenance. They provide about eight hours of continuous runtime andrequire just 70 minutes for full charge

With zero emissions, the machinesupport environmentally sensitive worksites and allow users to operate wherediesel exhaust is restricted. The excavators feature an electric power systemthat contributes to an exceptional operator experience with drastically reducednoise and vibration, which both operators and jobsite bystanders willappreciate. Because they are quiet, this wheel loader can be operated at allhours of the day, even in dense urban areas where noise can limit workhours.??

The electric power needed to rechargethe batteries costs a fraction of diesel, and these highly efficient wheelloaders are built with fewer parts and fluids, which significantly reducesmaintenance and repair costs, as well as work time lost to maintenance andrepairs.??

The battery management systemprotects the lithium-ion batteries, extends battery life and optimizes powerusage for highly efficient operations. This system monitors the batteries andwill shut down the wheel loader to prevent damage to the batteries.??
