Construction of The Wadhwa Group’s new commercialproject on GMLR begins in full swing, despite the setback of the Pandemic.

The Wadhwa Group,in association with MICL and Chandak Group, recently performed the Bhumi Pujan fortheir new commercial poroject – ‘The Gateway’ – at site on Goregaon Mulund LinkRoad adhering to all safety guidelines. This comes at a time when the realestate industry is just recovering from the stress it was due to the Pandemic.

Navin Makhija,Managing Director, The Wadhwa Group says, “We see demand coming in from peoplethat are moving from co-working spaces to owing small independent office spaceto have control over safety, security and hygiene within the premises,” headded.

The commercialtower ‘The Gateway’ will be a 17 storey complex offering boutique offices forsmall and medium businesses and will also offer G+1 floor of retailconvenience. The office spaces will be provided with an area ranging from 350 sq.ftto 489 sq.ft and each office will also have the provision for pantry andwashroom.

Offices on eachside can be merged for a large plate office up to 3,780 sq.ft. It will alsoprovide 7+1 service elevator dedicated for office blocks based on theirlocation.
