Haulotte bags Gold for its ‘Let’s Dare’ transformation program

The Human Capital Leaders’ Awards recognizethe best human resources initiatives. 

 

Launched in 2017, the “Let’s Dare” program,a declination of Haulotte’s strategy, has been Haulotte’s HR initiativededicated to enhancing employee commitment and improving collaboration,empowerment, and innovation, in order to offer ever more added-value toits customers.


This global approach involves all the teams around theworld in various projects including:


the creation of a Haulotte charter ofvalues and associated practices, drawn up by 100 employees from 25countries and representing all the group’s departments,

the participation of more than 300 employeesin workshops to identify, propose and implement more than 500 improvementactions on the themes of the engagement survey that they defined as priorities,the implementation of a tailor-madeleadership program for all managers and project leaders to support them inthe key role they have to play in the group’s transformation, andthe launch of Haulotte Academy, alearning platform where Haulotte employees can continue to develop theirprofessional knowledge and skills and to lay the foundation for becoming alearning organization.

A jury of experts recognized the “Let’s Dare”program as a “fine example of transformation” in which “all the areas oftransformation have been thought through”, “a meaningful project that hasdeveloped participative and collaborative approaches”, “the support andcommitment of the executive committee in the process”, as well as thesupport provided by “high-quality internal communication”. They appreciated theresults of the transformation process, measured factually through thesignificant improvement in the 51 criteria of the engagement survey, but alsooperationally in the participative process of construction of the new Haulotteheadquarters.
