These machines are working with the principle of hydraulic pressing and dewatering at the same time which avoid any air bubbles in the concrete and achieves higher strength and finish to theproducts. Offering the entry level Mini press to simple handling and completely automated press machines with limited manpower. Armix Hydraulic Wet Press Models are SPM1, SPH1, SPA1 and TSP3.

Hermetic Press Models:Armix Hermetic Press Machines are developed out of the Italian technology ofSemi-dry and Wet press concrete in combination. Here, the concrete pressed inbetween the filters or rubber base and different textures could be made for theFlag Tiles, Cladding Elements, and Interlocking Pavers. Four station and sixstation options are available, and the best solution with simple and automatichandling works well with limited manpower.

Mega Star Planetary Mixers:Armix Mega Star Planetary Mixers are designed and developed for the homogeneousconcrete production. Mixing for semi-dry concrete and slurry is consideredsuitable for both purposes.

Themixers are working with Italian planetary gearboxes fitted to fabricated structurewith Swedish Hardox liner plates. Skip hoist bucket with winch as a standardand option for multiple doors and moisture probe available.

Theliner plates are reversible to offer extra life against normal wear and tear,and best suitable for Blocks, Bricks, Pavers, Pipes, Kerb Stones, Precast, andReady Mix applications.

Mixercapacities: MP 375, 500, 750, 1125, 1500, 2250 and 3000 litres

Mega Star Batching Plant:Armix Mega Star Batching Plants are offered with different options and multiplesegments. These are highly advisable for any batching applications withindividual hoppers, compartmental or inline system.

Secondly,the weighing belt conveyors or travel weigh-batcher options are available withmultiple feedings and discharges. This would help to extend the number of batching hoppers and mixers at any point of time easily. Control cabin andoperating panels could be positioned next to the mixer and very helpful fo roperators.
