PRIMARY USES

Perma Eazee Coat is used for waterproofing all typesof RCC surfaces, such as roofs, chajjas, parapet walls and external walls. Asbestoscement sheets roofs can also be waterproofed using scrimcloth at the junctions, overlaps and J-bolts as reinforcement. It can also beapplied as a damp proof course applied under the first layer of bricks orblocks in masonry works.

  DIRECTIONS FORUSE

  Waterproofingnormal concrete: Clean the surface to remove allloose particles and any deleterious matter. Repair all cracks, honeycombs andblemishes from the concrete surface. Brush-apply Eazee Coat primer on theentire surface liberally.

  Primer is prepared by diluting one part by volume ofEazee Coat with one volume of water. When the primer coat is just dry, applythe second coat running the brush perpendicular to the first coat. Providefibre-glass or scrim fabric at junctions of vertical and horizontal surfacesafter one coat, and then apply the second coat.

  On asbestossheet roofing: Provide scrim or fibre-glass fabricat J-bolts and junction of sheets over one coat of bitu Coat. Then, brush applyEazee Coat on the entire surface in two coats.

  Damp proofcourse: On the cleaned plinth, apply two coats ofEazee Coat. The second coat is applied after about four hours of the firstcoat. When the second coat is still wet, blind it with clean sharp sand toprovide mechanical key.

   

  PACKING

  Perma Eazee Coat is available in packs of 500g, 1.5kg,5.0kg, 10kg, 15kg, and 50kg.

   

  SHELF LIFE

  Perma Eazee Coat has a shelf life of 24 months ifstored in manufacturer’s original packing in a cool and dry place away frommoisture and heat.
